As humans, we’re born into a world that conditions us to live in a fear-based state of thinking. Conditioning that has most of us believing that we’re separate from God, from our Source, from Love and each other. Once our minds take the ego’s BS bait, it starts to make this falsity it’s new Gospel truth. This dualistic way of thinking is then like the engine that drives the mental train of all our thoughts, words, actions, behaviors and the choices that follow.
This is where committing to a daily spiritual practice can work to retrain the mind and help us to see that we’re actually an extension of the Divine and Love itself. In today’s episode of The Karen Kenney Show, we take a look at what it means to be disciplined in our daily spiritual practices and how that translates into eventual freedoms in our day to day lives.
