Thai Yoga Bodywork (traditionally known as: Thai Yoga Massage) is an ancient, holistic healing system that’s been practiced for over 2,500 years.

Thai Yoga is the original “Assisted Stretching” and a session combines passive yoga postures, acupressure, rhythmic rocking, and energy work.

During a session, you’ll be guided and supported through a series of movements and positions, while I gently stretch and compress your muscles.

This is fantastic for relieving muscle tension - while also increasing your range of motion, mobility, and flexibility.

You get to simply relax, and receive the benefits of each stretch and movement without having to do any the work!

I also apply an extensive range of touch techniques during our session - using my hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet.

This results in a unique, therapeutic treatment that's super effective in calming the mind, promoting deep relaxation, and easing all kinds of aches and pains.

The heartbeat of Thai Yoga Bodywork is the practice and physical application of Loving Kindness (Metta). ❤️

Thai Yoga is performed fully clothed, on a cushioned floor mat – no oils or creams are used.
